The Judgment
Work on What Has Been Spoiled describes the correction of decay created through neglect, repetition or inherited disorder. Great progress is possible because what has deteriorated can be repaired. Crossing the great river is favorable, but action must be prepared carefully by examining what came before and what must follow after the turning point. The work is not merely to remove visible damage. It is to understand the pattern that allowed the damage to continue.
