The Judgment
The Taming Power of the Great describes substantial strength being contained, trained and prepared for meaningful use. Perseverance is favorable. It is beneficial not to depend only on familiar sources of support, and the accumulated capacity may become strong enough to cross a great river. Restraint is not diminishing the power. It is making the power trustworthy.
