The Judgment

The Well represents a lasting source of nourishment shared across changing generations. Towns, structures and circumstances may change while the essential need remains. The danger is not that the source disappears but that it becomes neglected, inaccessible or damaged at the moment it is needed. A resource fulfills its purpose only when people can draw from it.
