The Judgment

After Completion describes a condition in which the essential elements have reached their proper places. Success is present, but it is small and must be protected through perseverance. The beginning is fortunate while the end tends toward disorder if attention relaxes. Completion is not the end of responsibility. It is the beginning of maintenance.
