The Judgment

Conflict arises when two forces move in opposing directions. Sincerity may be present, yet the situation remains obstructed. A person may believe deeply in their own position while still being unable to create agreement. Caution is advised. Conflict may need to be addressed, but carrying it to the bitter end often creates greater harm. Wise counsel and a willingness to reconsider the beginning can prevent escalation.
