Cultivating Courage

Privacy & disclosures

Updated October 10, 2026

This notice describes the main Cultivating Courage website at cultivatingcourage.me.

Browsing and hexagram searches

You can browse this website without creating an account. The website has no newsletter signup, contact form or visitor analytics configured in its code, and its code does not set advertising or tracking cookies.

The hexagram finder uses the number or name you enter to show matching reflections. Submitted searches appear in the page address and may be included in your browser history and technical request logs.

Hosting and technical information

The services that host and deliver this website may process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser details and request logs, to operate, secure and troubleshoot the website.

Videos, social platforms and other websites

Video thumbnails are hosted on this website. Videos and playlists open on YouTube when you choose to watch. Links to YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Amazon, PayPal, the I Ching app and reference websites take you to separate services with their own privacy practices.

Oracle readings and journal

The Cultivating Courage Oracle opens on a separate website. Its optional journal saves readings and notes only when you choose Save this reading, in the same browser on the same device. The Oracle app does not upload your questions or journal notes, sync them to an account or keep a cloud backup. This main website does not receive those entries.

Clearing the Oracle website’s browser data can erase saved entries. Use Copy reading to keep a separate copy somewhere you control. See the Oracle Terms of Service for details about local saving, deletion and privacy.

Amazon affiliate disclosure

As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. This includes the book, journal and reference links marked with an affiliate disclosure. Amazon handles purchases and any information you provide during checkout.
