The Judgment

The Taming Power of the Small describes a time when progress is possible, but strong movement is being restrained by something gentle, limited or not yet fully developed. The influence is real, though it is not yet powerful enough to bring the larger change to completion. Like dense clouds that have gathered without releasing rain, the conditions are forming but fulfillment has not arrived. Success comes through patient refinement, attention to small matters and the willingness to work with what can be influenced now.
